We are absolutely delighted to share with you the news that Nick Lancaster, a tourism and hospitality consultant, has joined our Trustee team.
Nick has 40 years of hands on experience in the tourism and hospitality sector. He has worked all over the country, in every role imaginable from pot wash and night porter to chef instructor and manager, and in all manner of settings from large hotel chains to independent boutique pubs. Before becoming an independent consultant, he was the CEO of Langdale Estate, and was instrumental in enabling us to set up the Tramper scheme there. Nick, we hope you will enjoy your time with us, as we are super excited to have you on board. What great things we will achieve!
We also say a goodbye to one of our founding trustees, Anna Scamans. Anna has shared her time, knowledge, experience, understanding and attention to detail in generous measure with us since the very beginning. We will miss her support and guidance very much, but also appreciate that it is time for her to move on to new challenges. Thank you Anna for everything you have done for us - you have been integral to our growth and success!
